Valrico Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. We are an AAHA-accredited animal hospital that prides itself on high-quality medicine and client service. As the first and last impression for our clients, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring every visit is a positive, seamless, and welcoming experience. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Be the face of our clinic! Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming environment. 

• Deliver outstanding client service. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions about services, products, and pet care. 

• Be a problem solver. Help manage client concerns with patience, empathy, and efficiency. 

• Keep things running smoothly. Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments, and ensure efficient communication between pet owners and our veterinary team. 

• Stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanor, even during busy times.  

Who You Are: 

• A customer service superstar with a passion for hospitality and client care. 

• A strong communicator who can connect with clients and team members alike. 

• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy—comfortable using computers and phone systems. 

• A team player with a positive attitude and a love for animals! 

• Previous veterinary or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
